We conducted a Subsurface Utilities Engineering Level A for the EPWU/PSB under a contract with S&B Infrastructure to locate all underground utilities from I-10 to just East of Mesa St. for the purpose of developing the best alignment for a new transmission line. The SUE involved locating pressure gas lines, electric conduits, fiber optics, telephone conduits, water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and reclaimed water mains. The work required close coordination with TxDOT to conduct the SUE in State of Texas R.O.W.
