Survey for construction consisted of establishing horizontal control, vertical control, horizontal and vertical alignments for I-10 and Loop 375, layout of seven bridges for the interchange including column plumbing, and setting grades for super-structure. In addition, all R.O.W. monuments were set on the ground.
