Project consisted of the design and construction of a deceleration lane to improve vehicular access along Stan Roberts Sr. Ave., the replacement of tie-in with TxDOT highway with a new concrete apron, and widening of existing corrugated metal pipe. Included in the scope is the milling, replacement, and widening of existing pavement entrance road to the Newman Power Plant. The project comprises also several miscellaneous drainage and electric features, such as a new swale grading, adjusting an existing drop inlet, and a new entrance electric gate arm. In addition, project encompasses surveying control, topographic survey, bidding phase, and construction administration.
