FXSA was a subconsultant to Huitt-Zollars on this project. The project consisted of performing in-field utility designation (Quality Level B) at seven proposed high mast illumination locations for the IH 10 widening project in El Paso, TX. FXSA designated and marked existing utilities within an area 75’ wide (North to South) and 25’ long (East to West) centered on each high mast illumination location.
