"FXSA provided the Fort Worth District complete boundary surveys and descriptions in support of the Ft Bliss Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) project. This action required an extensive amount of plotting and assessment of deeds and maps. They successfully planned, prepared, and coordinated with the Fort Worth Survey Section and the Ft. Bliss Real Property Accounting Office in a very professional manner. FXSA met and exceeded the requirements set forth by Fort Worth District and working with FXSA proved to be a rewarding and valuable experience for the Fort Worth District US Army Corps of Engineers"
"Spencer & Assoc. performed well on this project. The contractor’s professional staff worked through many issues with changing requests and concurrent construction activity to produce solid boundary surveys. The contractor promptly communicated any issues to USACE and DPW that resulted in a well-coordinated effort between the AE, USACE engineers, and the client. Spencer’s professional staff researched and analyzed the real estate documents that comprise the overall makeup of a property that was difficult to determine at best. The contactor delivered timely, quality results for a project that definitely has a difficult target to hit"
"The level of cooperativeness and responsiveness exhibited by this AE was exceptional. The field survey crew and office personnel were very quick in responding to any inquiries made during the survey. The AE was very professional in responses to questions. The AE had very few minor problems which were corrected to the Government’s satisfaction in a timely manner."
