Performed management and inspection services for the Memorial Hospital in Pecos County. The new Pecos County Memorial Hospital consisted of a new 37 bed replacement hospital containing approximately 71,000 gross square feet, two level building and associated parking, drives and other site improvements. Project area consisted of approximately 10 acres site. The first level consisted of: 38 patient rooms, administration, E.R., O.R., nursing station, classrooms, chapel, rehab center, kitchen/dinning, and mechanical and electrical room. The second level included: physician offices, nurse station, exam rooms, mechanical and electrical rooms.
