FXSA was a subconsultant to HDR. Project consisted of designating (Quality level B) subsurface utilities (water, sewer, fiber optic, overhead electric & gas) within the proposed UPRR Border Crossing Facility as per Section 5.3, Quality Level B, CI/ASCE 38-02. Our team mapped existing utilities and tied it to existing topographic features. The project is located inside the UPRR facility at Loop 375 & Stanton St. in El Paso, Texas. We coordinated with the UPRR Maintenance Department for permission to enter the UPRR facility.
