FXSA obtained information on existing utilities from utility owners and conducted investigations to identify and evaluate all known existing and proposed public and private utilities. FXSA identified potential conflicts to minimize the potential adverse utility impacts in the preparation of the schematic design. FXSA prepared a base map depicting the utility locations, created and currently maintains a utility conflict matrix along with a utility conflict exhibit through the duration of the contract identifying potential known conflicts. SUE included utility investigations subsurface and above ground prepared in accordance with ASCE C-1 38-02. SUE levels D, C, and B were part of the utility investigation.
