Loop 375 and Braided Ramps Utility Coordination

FXSA provided Utility Coordination services for the CRRMA Loop 375 Braided Ramps project located in El Paso, Texas. FXSA conducted a record research and acquisition of available as-built utility records.  This information was placed on the base map and provided to all utility companies. Designation of known utilities throughout the ROW, as provided by utility owners was directed. FXSA’s engineers conducted utility coordination meetings to review record drawings and proposed improvements with affected utility owners individually at each phase submittal, as well as the preparation and issuance of the minutes for each meeting. Provided utility base map information and utility matrix to all utility companies at each submittal phase. Issued clearance letters and provided copies of documentation to the CRRMA at the Final submittal phase. Subsurface Utility Engineering level services D, C, B and A were part of the Utility Coordination.
