Project consisted of design and permit of an electrical substation (4.41 acres) in Brazoria County, with main entrance located at Heights Road. Scope of work included: watershed analysis, HEC-RAS model for pad site, determining 100-year flood elevation, preparation of grading and drainage plan, conducting QA/QC, preparation of bid sheet, and procuring Brazoria County permits. FXSA worked closely with Brazoria County and City of Alvin to obtain permitting for right of way, engineering flood plain, and for any special grading and drainage with West Brazoria County Drainage District No.11.
