Project consisted of public infrastructure improvements in the City of Alpine, funded by TDA Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) program. FXSA coordinated with the City on the construction and installation of 31 new fire hydrants. This comprised renovating and installing the following: PVC line extensions, tapping sleeves, valves, including pipe, fittings, cutting and patching of asphalt pavement, traffic control system, a 4-bollard bundle per each fire hydrant, and any associated appurtenances for a complete and successful installation and operation.
