FXSA provided support to HNTB with engineering services required for the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for operational improvement of the various FM 659 (Zaragoza Road) projects in El Paso County. These services included utility coordination and subsurface utility engineering necessary to support the design process. The FXSA Team provided a utility matrix along with a footprint drawing with all subsurface utilities along the road.
