Texas New Mexico Power provided our firm with a PDF service territory map for Collin County, requesting that we produce georeferencing for the map. The map was created using the horizontal datum of Texas State Plane Coordinate System and consisted of polygon feature areas with individual shapefiles including pertinent to each polygon reference. FXSA created a Google KMZ file of all the information, including feature dataset of single, dual, and multi-certified service areas.
