FXSA was contracted by Kimley-Horn to establish 38 control points and 167 aerial panel points, perform a limited boundary survey on Loop 338 Right-of-Way, perform topographic surveys on areas that are inaccessible on aerial lidar surveys, and locate all subsurface utilities on Loop 338 surrounding Odessa, Texas. In addition, FXSA performed SUE Quality Levels D and C for Loop 338. Included in those efforts were: performing an 1811 call and visiting local utility providers to obtain the necessary information (as-built plans, maps, etc.). Utility Engineering Investigation included utility investigations subsurface and above ground prepared in accordance with AASHTO standards [ASCE C-1 38-02]. FXSA also performed Subsurface Utility Engineering Quality Level Services D, C, and B.
