Performed a topographic, planimetric and utility survey for two sites located at Biggs Army Airfield, Fort Bliss Military Reservation in El Paso County, TX. Purpose of the project was to provide data in CAD to be utilized to support and create design plans for repairs to each site. FXSA established project control points, performed a topographic survey and a highly detailed planimetric survey and located & measured all existing utilities. All reports, electronic data, field notes, sketches and drawings were produced in accordance with USACE guidelines.
