This project consisted of performing a topographic and improvement survey of a 5.739-acre parcel for the Alpine Substation, located 9 miles southwest of the City of Toyah, Reeves County, Texas. The subject parcel is in Section 38, Block 71, Public School Land. TNMP used the topographic and improvement survey to design the construction plans for the Alpine Substation.
